Since 1997 Ascent's management has been conducting a know-how transfer program for Eastern European countries, financed by the Swiss Ministry of the Economy. It gave birth to an organisation oriented towards efficiency and customer benefit. Contacts to hundreds of companies and a network of permanent representatives, persons of confidence and specialists in key areas in most Eastern European countries result from this activity.
In 2005 this structure received the legal form of a private Swiss company, in order to make our knowledge of the East European business environment accessible to private customers from Switzerland and other western countries.
