Ascent has own subsidiaries in most countries of Eastern Europe.
The daughter companies with biggest staff are located in Romania (Bucharest), Ukraine (Kiev and Lviv) and in Russia (Moscow and Saint-Petersburg).
We have offices with permanent staff in Bulgaria (Sofia), Moldova/Moldavia (Chisinau), Poland (Lodz, Stecin, Warsaw), Czech Republic (Prague), Slowakia (Bratislava), Albania (Tirana), Kosovo (Pristina), Lithuania (Kaunas) Belarus (Minsk).
The minimal team composition of a subsidiary consists of: a lawyer, an economist, an HR - specialist, an accountant and tax expert, a specialist for import/export issues, business translators and interpreters for English and other western languages.
In other places we work with local staff on a part-time basis.
The Swiss CEO regularly visits these countries, in order to supervise current projects and extend the contact network.
